Crew Members
As a member of our floor support team, you’ll play a key role in keeping the venue running smoothly and ensuring guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping all areas clean and tidy at all times

  • Emptying bins promptly and following recycling procedures

  • Ensuring bars remain fully stocked and replenishing before supplies run low

  • Regularly checking and recording the condition of your designated toilet area during each shift

  • Maintaining cellar areas in a clean and organised state

  • Upholding cleanliness in both public and staff areas

  • Applying high housekeeping standards to create a safe and well-maintained venue

VIP Hosts/Hostesses
Our VIP Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for welcoming and looking after our VIP guests and booths. The role includes serving bottles, creating a premium atmosphere, and ensuring every guest enjoys the full VIP experience. Shifts are primarily on Friday and Saturday nights, with additional opportunities available during the week.
